Documents submitted for KYC verification are stored securely and are only accessible to authorised administrators reviewing your submission. They are never shown to other members.

Payments

Payments are processed by bKash. We do not store your bKash PIN or full payment credentials — only a transaction reference is kept for your order history.

Your choices

You may make your profile private at any time from My Profile. To request account deletion or data export, contact us using the form on the homepage.
